  1. This Promotion is only open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 or over, excluding employees of the Promoter and anyone professionally associated with this Promotion.
  2. No purchase necessary; however, internet access may be required. Be sure to consult your internet service provider. The Promoter is not responsible for any charges any internet service provider may charge an entrant.

Promotion Period: This Promotion open 09:00 BST on the 14th May 2020 and closes on either 23.59 GMT on 30th December 2020 or when 2899 tickets are sold whichever is sooner (the number of tickets that needs to be sold does not include no purchase necessary (NPN) entries and free ticket winners).

Visit www.goodlifecompetitions.co.uk and log into your account (or create one for free, then send an envelope or postcard to LUXCAR11, Good Life Competitions, PO Box 704, Pinner, HA5 9PF with your first name, last name email address and phone number, Account ID during the Promotion Period to be entered into the prize draw. You must have a registered Good Life Account and you must include your Account ID on your postal entry. All entries must be hand written so we can identify individuals and ensure they are not automated. One entry per envelope or postcard. All valid No Purchase Necessary entries will be given an equal chance of winning as all other entries and all other provisions of these Terms and Conditions shall apply equally to entries via the No Purchase Necessary route. All participants using this entry route should take particular note of the timings of this Promotion and factor in time for their entry to reach the address above and at least 3 working days for their entry to be processed.   1. Further Car Prize Details and Conditions:
    1. The winner will be required to prove they are a resident of the United Kingdom may be required to provide a valid driving license prior to the delivery of the Prize.
    2. The Prize may either be delivered to the winner’s address or the winner may collect the Prize in person. If the winner collects the car in person, the Promoter reserves the right to award the winner with £200 in lieu of delivery costs.
    3. When collecting the car insurance is not included. If the Prize is to be driven on a public highway, insurance cover must be obtained by the winner(s) prior to the delivery of the Prize.
    4. The Promoter will pay towards the servicing and insurance for the first year of car ownership of the Prize. Invoices for servicing and insurance will need to be supplied to the Promoter before any money will be credited and the winner must own the car for a full 12 months from the date of delivery. The Promoter will pay the winner the following sums for insurance. A car won with UK RRP £30,001-80,000 will receive £1,250 towards insurance. It will be the winner’s responsibility to organise their own insurance and pay for it directly. The winner’s car insurance will be reimbursed by the Promoter only in respect of the car they have won and will be paid at the lesser of the invoiced 12 month insurance premium or the maximum value as stated above (which is dependent on the value of the car won). Servicing will be undertaken by a chosen car dealer and be subject to normal road use only. The Promoter will only cover the standard manufacturer first year servicing costs, and will not be responsible for vehicle damage, wear and tear (to components such as tyres, brakes or clutch), or for faults caused by a lack of maintenance, neglect or improper use of the vehicle. The maximum the Promoter will pay for servicing costs in the first year is £400. Invoices for insurance and servicing will be reimbursed by the Promoter 12 months after date of delivery of the car.
    5. All tax requirements in relation to the Prize is the responsibility of the winner.
    6. If the winner is from Northern Ireland, the Prize can be driven with UK number plates legally. If the winner chooses to change to local number plates, this will be at their expense.
    7. The Promoter will supply the Prize with a 12-month vehicle warranty from the date the Prize is provided.
    8. The Prize will be provided with a MOT test valid for 12 months.
    9. The Prize will be provided with a full tank of petrol.

 

  1. Winner Selection: One winner will be randomly selected from all valid entries received during the Promotion Period. The Prize Draw will be independently supervised by PromoVeritas, the independent promotional verification service within 5 working days of the end of the Promotion Period.
  1. Winner Notification: The winner will be contacted by the email address provided on entry within 5 working days of Winner Selection and will be required to respond to confirm eligibility and acceptance of the Prize, within 14 days of initial contact. In the event that a winner does not respond to the initial contact within 14 days, the Promoter reserves the right to disqualify that winner. If a winner is disqualified, the Promoter reserves the right to award that Prize as a bonus in a different promotion.
  2. The winner will be contacted within 28 days of acceptance of the Prize to organise their Prize delivery. If for any reason the prize is not available for delivery straight away, the promoter reserves the right to deliver the prize within eight weeks of initial contact with the competition winner. 
  3. The Prize is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for monetary value or for any other form of compensation. If for any reason the Prize is not available, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute another prize for it, in its sole discretion, of equal or higher value.
  4. All images shown on the www.goodlifecompetitions.co.uk website are for illustrative purposes only. In the rare instance that a car pictured becomes unavailable, the Promoter will offer an alternative prize as close as reasonably possible to the car pictured, or an alternative of equal or higher value.
  5. If for any reason any aspect of this Promotion is not capable of running as planned, including by reason of infection by computer virus, network failure, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any cause beyond the control of the Promoter which corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Promotion, the Promoter may in its sole discretion cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion, or invalidate any affected entries.
  6. In the event that the Promoter is unable to proceed with the Promotion, the Promoter will refund all entrants that have purchased a ticket during the Promotion Period.
  7. The Promoter may refuse to award the Prize, or seek its recovery, in the event of an entrant’s fraud, dishonesty or non-entitlement under these Terms and Conditions.
  8. The Promoter and its associated agencies and companies will not be liable for any loss (including, without limitation, indirect, special or consequential loss or loss of profits), expense or damage which is suffered or sustained (whether or not arising from any person’s negligence) in connection with this Promotion or accepting or using a Prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law .
  9. All entries must be made directly by the person entering the Promotion. Bulk entries from trade, consumer groups or third parties will not be accepted. Incomplete or illegible entries and entries which do not satisfy the requirements of these Terms and Conditions in full will be disqualified and will not be counted.
  10. If an act, omission, event or circumstance occurs which is beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter and which prevents the Promoter from complying with these Terms and Conditions the Promoter will not be liable for any failure to perform or delay in performing its obligations.
  11. The winner agrees to allow the Promoter to use their surname and county of residence to announce the winner of the Promotion. The winner may object to their surname or county of residence being published or request for the amount of information being published to be reduced by sending an email to contact@goodlifecompetitions.co.uk with “LUXCAR 11 Request” in the subject line. Provided no objection has been received, the surname and county of the winner will be made available by sending an email to contact@goodlifecompetitions.co.uk with “Competition LUXCAR 11 Winner List” in the subject line one month after the close of the Promotion, for a minimum of 8 weeks.
  12. Any personal data relating to entrants will be used solely for the purposes of this Promotion by the Promoter and/or by any agent appointed by it to assist with running the Promotion on behalf of the Promoter and will not be disclosed to a third party for any other purpose. If for any reason the prize is not available for delivery straight away, the promoter reserves the right to deliver the prize within twelve weeks of initial contact with the competition winner.
11.The Prize is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for monetary value or for any other form of compensation. If for any reason the Prize is not available, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute another prize for it, in its sole discretion, of equal or higher value.
12.All images shown on the www.goodlifecompetitions.co.uk website are for illustrative purposes only. In the rare instance that a watch pictured becomes unavailable, the Promoter will offer an alternative prize as close as reasonably possible to the watch pictured, or an alternative of equal or higher value.
13.If for any reason any aspect of this Promotion is not capable of running as planned, including by reason of infection by computer virus, network failure, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any cause beyond the control of the Promoter which corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Promotion, the Promoter may in its sole discretion cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion, or invalidate any affected entries.
14. In the event that the Promoter is unable to proceed with the Promotion, the Promoter will refund all entrants that have purchased a ticket during the Promotion Period.
15. The Promoter may refuse to award the Prize, or seek its recovery, in the event of an entrant’s fraud, dishonesty or non-entitlement under these Terms and Conditions.
16. The Promoter and its associated agencies and companies will not be liable for any loss (including, without limitation, indirect, special or consequential loss or loss of profits), expense or damage which is suffered or sustained (whether or not arising from any person’s negligence) in connection with this Promotion or accepting or using a Prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law .
17.All entries must be made directly by the person entering the Promotion. Bulk entries from trade, consumer groups or third parties will not be accepted. Incomplete or illegible entries and entries which do not satisfy the requirements of these Terms and Conditions in full will be disqualified and will not be counted.
18. If an act, omission, event or circumstance occurs which is beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter and which prevents the Promoter from complying with these Terms and Conditions the Promoter will not be liable for any failure to perform or delay in performing its obligations.
19. The winner agrees to allow the Promoter to use their surname and county of residence to announce the winner of the Promotion. The winner may object to their surname or county of residence being published or request for the amount of information being published to be reduced by sending an email to contact@goodlifecompetitions.co.uk with “Competition LUXWATCH11 Request” in the subject line. Provided no objection has been received, the surname and county of the winner will be made available by sending an email to contact@goodlifecompetitions.co.uk with “Competition LUXWATCH11 Winner List” in the subject line one month after the close of the Promotion, for a minimum of 8 weeks.
20. Any personal data relating to entrants will be used solely for the purposes of this Promotion by the Promoter and/or by any agent appointed by it to assist with running the Promotion on behalf of the Promoter and will not be disclosed to a third party for any other purpose. 21. If any provisions of these Terms and Conditions are judged to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable, this shall not affect or impact the continuation in full force and effect the remainder of the provisions.
22. By entering this Promotion, entrants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
23.These Terms and Conditions are governed by English law and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales
